Well I feel like I've been robbed of $53. It's been about an hour and a half and here are these (most likely PAID FOR) positive reviews about receiving there digital codes within 5 minutes! Now I have read the Order under Supervision page, and it mentions they could take up to 20 minutes which is understandable. I've contact their 24/7 Customer Service and told them my situation, to which Carl had told me that PayPal was holding my account purchase. Point being I'm being given the run around, I still have an issue, and I still have not gotten my order.

They will charge you for digital downloads even if they are out of stock. They don't display an "OUT OF STOCK" warning on an item you want to purchase. Than they'll tell you that you'll have to wait 24-48 hours to receive your refund. Complete crock of crap! Untrustworthy site. And still it's showing the same item i tried to purchase as being able to purchase so basically still in stock. Seriously BUYER BEWARE!!

Purchased command and conquer ultimate collection and did receive a code but I have no way to check if its legit because it didn't provide me with a digital download of the game..... if you don't include the game itself and there's no way to check if your code is even real then whats the point? there's no where else to download the game itself for free if I would have known that Id never of used this stupid misleading site. I bought Xbox Live Gold 12 month card for this website. I received the card promptly but when I tried to redeem the code I kept getting a message telling me that it had been redeemed already. I contacted the seller via email and they told me it wasn't working because I needed to wait for my old subscription to expire (I purchased on 6/26/2017 and my subscription ended 7/1/2017). This sounded odd to me because I've entered codes before without waiting for my old subscription to expire. Anyways I decided to go along with and wait. So today (7/2/2017) I tried my code again and it didn't work. I emailed the seller and they had me going in circles for several hours. Eventually they told me they wouldn't give me a new code or a refund. I then contacted Xbox support to see what they could do for me. They confirmed that the code I received was already redeemed 4 hours before I even purchased it. So long story short they are selling duplicate cards to people. So everyone might not get scammed but some people surely will. I never leave long reviews like this but I felt that I needed to warn some people so they don't get scammed like I just did. I got the Xbox Live for 12 Months and when I tried to redeem it, it kept loading and wouldn't loud. SO I asked customer service and they said it was something wrong with the Xbox server and so I believed it but i saw the other reviews saying the same thing. I am not going to buy from here ever again. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the customer service is very good and Lisa made the whole thing very easy. But I'm going to go and try another website.

I received my order confirmation on my right mail address. They stated instant delivery, but minutes went by and I havent received my code yet, so I opened up the customer service chat on their website. "Lisa" wanted me to reply to the mail she sent me. I didnt get any, so I asked to the mail which she sent the mail to - which was wrong. I send a few screenshot of my order confirmation and my PayPal account, and even settings to clarify that they've got a wrong mail. I suspect these guys for being completely fraud.

I used my Amex card at first and after putting in the information I was sent right back to the payment screen. I put it back in again and the same thing happened. I talked with one of their support agents and she said that it was because they don't accept Amex. So I then tried my Visa card and again the same thing happens. I contacted the agent again and she said the transaction couldn't be completed. I decided to use a different website same card and it worked just fine an I have the game I wanted. Something seems off to me about this company.

I tried to place an order for a 12 month xbox live card. I entered my card information and it took me back to the payment page after clicking on Pay Now. I received 2 different emails thanking me for my order and a link to view my order however there was no order there, just the payment page. I contacted the company via the live chat and they informed me that the order was cancelled and provided details for it, noting it was cancelled 01/09/2017, however, I did NOT place an order on 01/09/2017, I placed my order on 08/31/2017 and they noted it was Netherlands time, which makes NO sense as it was 9/1/2017 in the Netherlands at this time. I just hope they don't charge my debit card or use my card information as I had all information entered. :(

These guys are scammers. I buy instant code and they put the order on hold forever. I tell them to cancel because it's been on hold for so long and it's no longer needed. Then all of a sudden I get the code. They refuse to refund my money. So the next day I try to enter the code into another system and guess what it's already been redeemed. So they've sold the code to someone else and still kept my money. BUYER BEWARE!

I contacted microsoft and ask them when the code was used and they told me that the code was redeemed before purchase date. I ordered a 90 day PSN card, and a couple days after I purchased the code I tried to redeem it, only to find that it was invalid. When I emailed the seller, they only had to say that it has been used. So either they sold my code again to someone else, or they have hackers steeling codes. Whatever the case maybe, I had to purchase the PSN again through PlayStation since they wouldn't give me an active code or return my funds. So basically if you don't use the code you purchase right away, you're at risk of not even being able to redeem the code you just paid for. Big scam if you ask me, and I'd rather pay more knowing that I'm not going to get robbed. Garbage vender, and crap support....

My experience is much like that of Ross from the United Kingdom below - i purchased an Xbox digital gift card, PAID via PayPal, the money was of course DEBITED from my PayPal account and THEN had them begin what they call their verification process - replying to emails - getting asked to do their live chat - only to be told sorry the order that they just took money from my PayPal account for has been rejected because they don't sell to Australian customers (??) and that it may take up to 72 hours for them to be refund my cash. Question: how many retail shops would you as a customer walk into where the shopkeeper could take your money, be it cash, debit your credit card or PayPal account or wherever, then refuse to hand over the item you'd just paid for, and inform you, "Dude, I'll probably give you your cash back in 3 days." Answer: None. Thus in my opinion Cheapestgamecards deserve the same customer base: NONE.

I joined the chat to request a refund of the amount on the card, but they asked for 48 hours for the refund and I would soon see in my statement, but none of this was done. The online transaction went smoothly - paid via PayPal, went to PayPals page to verify information, then received the confirmation email within seconds! That's where things broke down - I received another email stating that my information was "under manual review" with no explanation. ????? From there, a third email requested I verify the information from the transaction. This information had been reiterated in the first email sent to me, so if I had been some sort of scammer, I would have already had this information. I was then thanked again via email, and told I would have to contact the company via live chat on their website in order to complete the verification. I explained I was on my phone, and could not do that, and that all the necessary information was already provided. I got an apology and was told that I would have to do the live chat. Once I got home, during the live chat, I was asked for the EXACT SAME information I had provided via email - I literally cut and pasted it! NOTHING ELSE WAS VERIFIED! THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THE "VERIFICATION" OR THE LIVE CHAT! THEY HAD ALREADY SENT THE INFORMATION IN QUESTION TO THE EMAIL THEY WANTED VERIFIED!!!!!!!!!!

When I click it takes me back to asking for a payment. Did customer chat the person said bank canceled with that a number calls claiming to be my bank asking about fraudulent charges. What made me more confident was that even though there were negative reviews, the seller was seen responding to mostly all of them. All responses by the seller seemed genuine, and problem-solving. I contacted Cheapestgamecards customer service immediately. They suggested very simple fixes, like trying from another computer and making sure that my Microsoft account had the right region set. I went to buy an Xbox Live 12 month subscription for my son. I paid with Paypal (not only have I had this account for years but have my business account with them for 10 years.) The pending charge showed up against my credit card via Paypal. However, they sent me a notice my order was pending. Then I get a notification that their internal security could not identify me or I had bad credit or charge backs ....basically a form letter. So, I tried, again. Same thing. I contacted their support through freshdesk. The woman responded that she appreciated my frustration but it was their internal security, try another payment source. I did. I used my credit card directly and bypassed Paypal. I got the same notification it was pending and I should await the confirmation. This time one half hour went by and nothing. So, I did live chat. Again, we're sorry for your inconvenience, blah, blah, blah. They said all three were canceled because (form letter). I contacted Paypal and my credit card company and told them to make sure it didn't go through as neither Paypal nor my credit card company had declined the charge. Then I went to ElectronicFirst.com....same price. Ordered through Paypal and confirmation code in under a minute. There is no excuse for whatever game this company is playing with their 'internal security'. It's just bad business and I will never use them, again.

If you do choose to buy from them buy with a Credit Card or PayPal because you will need it if you get a dud code as they will not help you. I contacted Microsoft they said they couldn't do anything because i bought it from an off site. Contact the people here they don't help either try to get a refund. They said they can't do that. They are The Worst!! Don't Use. I am so frustrated with this site. I have been trying to purchase Minecraft for the PC and Sims 3 (with an expansion pack added on) for the PC for the last 2 days as per this post. First when I placed the order, I tried using one of my visa cards. It did not work. I tried using my paypal instead. That also did not work. I spoke to the Chat representative Lisa who seemed friendly at first but not very helpful as she could not resolve the issue. She suggested waiting 24 hours and trying again. So I tried again today, first with my paypal. That did not work. I tried closing out of everything and returning to the site and using one of my visa cards and the site kept taking me through a loop where it would ask me for my card details then take me back to the payment screen. I put in my details 3 times with nothing. It is not my PC as I had tried from two different computers. Then I tried again (closing out everything and trying again) with my debit card (a completely different card). It seems as though the Minecraft order went through but I'm not sure just yet. When I tried to pay for the Sims game with the same debit card, it put me through the same loop as with my first visa card. Although I understand there's no particular person at fault, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the site as a whole. The reviews on your site glorified the ease and timeliness of the orders as well as the price and that's what drew me to it. Yet, I have been given so much grief in what should have been an easy order. Then as a response I was told by Lisa that "please try to contact your Payment provider as we have checked the website and it is working properly." Not only are they terrible, the customer service is actually really awful. I'm not sure if they just don't understand or what. They just blame the customer and offer no real solutions to the problem. It is obvious that they don't care about really solving the problems of their customers.

When that card was applied to the Amazon order, only $66.93 was available on the card. CGCs charged me $106 and change and tell me, "we sold you a $100 Amazon GC". I provided the entire chat with Amazon, as requested and now receive zero replies to my emails about this missing money. Well done CGCs, for $43 and change, you've run off a potential customer (3 teens at home, all gamers) AND have poor word of mouth. Well done. The fact that the order that was screwed up, due to this was for my wife just makes this all the better. I'm out monies, wifes gift wasn't here on time and silence from your company. I've had multiple problems with this site, first they had a system outage, which I understand isn't their fault, but I was not notified till after I had placed my order, and had to contact them a few hours later as to why I haven't received my code. That was about 1 in the morning, they informed me that everything should be back online in 3-4 hours and I will have my code. I checked back at 10:30 am, and now they are saying they are just out of codes? Again I was not notified, the service is horrible, and the keyboard for the online help makes actually having a conversation almost impossible due to some problem on their side, I will not be recommending, nor will I ever use this service again.

Their policy when they sell you codes for the wrong region is that you have to wait for them to resell them to another customer before they will refund you, and they will NOT offer you new codes. I spent hours last night trying to order a game from this site... after placing the order I was then emailed and made to take pictures of the credit card and order number together several times before they would take my money, then after taking my money I got a code that was already used! then when contacting them, they not only acted like i was lying to them they made me send screenshots of my video game library asked me many times was i sure if i had not turned the code in. then they said they would confirm with Microsoft witch took hours, and they just ended the chat on me leving me feeling my money had been stolen. I spoke with PSN for them and also sent my Transaction history and they said “Just to set your proper expectation we will not able give a new code or a refund once the code is redeemed after you purchased it from us.” Basically calling me a liar acting like I used the code when I tried my best to send all I could. All I’m saying is i didn’t get to redeem the code and it wasn’t applied to my account. Order #1040-2992285 Should have just purchased from GameStop. I am being treated like a complete liar. I have tried 13 times to purchase a game here and my visa card keeps getting canceled. I have Merrick Bank my credit card company on the phone as i actually put my credit card number info etc into there payment area. and it gets canceled thru cheapestgamecards. Made an account just to review this website. They ARE NOT to be trusted. I bought a game code for the united states and when I tried to download it, I got a regional code error that would not let me download it. I emailed them and customer service gaurenteed me that they checked the code and it was legit and for the United States. I was told this was not their fault and to check with Microsoft because this code was for sure good for U.S. usage. I then put on a VPN for the U.K. and viola! The code said it was all good and I could proceed to download the game. Shocker. I did not want to get my entire account banned and lose all my games, so I emailed them again with the screen shots and telling them they were complete and utter liars. They then backtracked big time and said if I wanted a refund I would have to wait for them to resell the code to someone else before I could get my money and that if i used the code in the meantime they would get my account banned. Overall this company is SH!T and complete LIARS. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY OR GET YOUR ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY BANNED!!!!

CHEAPESTGAMECARDS are selling game codes that can only be used once to multiple customers. Chepestgamecards have sold us codes to a game and the codes have already been used once and can therefore no longer be used by us. When we had issues we contacted Chepestgamecards chat. The chat has unfortunately not been able to sort out the issue. We have spent hours on the chat with Chepestgamecards without any solution. As a last step we had to contact Chepeastgamecards supplier for the game (Microsoft) and they could confirm that the codes had been used by a user in Canada and they provided the date it was used and the user who installed it (I am based in Belgium and my brother who was going to install the game lives in Denmark - none of us have been to Canada). This info has been provided to Chepestgamecards and they have still not provided us a game code that works. We have now given up getting codes that works to the game. WE CANNOT RECOMMEND USING CHEPESTGAMECARDS

This site is not working well with IDEAL, only with paypal. And they charge an extra 4% creditcard or paypal charge it might not be the most cost competitive option out there. As it was the first time I used them, I bought initially a 25 US$ Itunes card and I used paypal. Worked fine, code is delivered within seconds. Paypal extra cost 1 euro. Then I purchased a 100$ itunes USA Card but I used ideal (to avoid extra 3.80 euro paypal cost) but their system is somehow not compatible with ideal. So I had a 10 minutes chat, showing payment etc. Too much hassle, if their system cannot handle instant ideal payment they should not offer it

Significa che nonostante tu ne abbia il diritto, se il tuo codice verrà rivenduto dopo 1 anno, avrai il rimborso dopo 1 anno (???). Inoltre verranno addebitati 2 € per la pratica di rimborso. Imbarazzante. Mettiamo caso che mi fossero andate bene queste condizioni, ho chiesto al supporto in chat (che è la modalità da loro indicata per questo tipo di pratiche), e mi è stato risposto che "non è possibile cancellare ordini o processare rimborsi dopo che il codice è stato consegnato", nonostante io abbia specificato che il codice non era ancora stato assolutamente attivato su Steam. I tried to buy Gears of war 5 from them, but my first payment with my credit card was declined or like they mentioned it took 20 minutes to process but on the email I got it clearly indicated that the payment was declined and that I needed to use a different way of payment. I tried PayPal with the same result , got a second email telling me again that my payment was declined. After that I bought the game from Microsoft, Later on I noticed that cheapestgamecards had charged my credit card. I can understand payments taking some time to process but the email should have indicated to wait please while the payment process instead of indicating that my payment was declined. Ähhm, also zunächst einmal, ich habe hier nichts gekauft. Ich war auf der Suche nach Gem Cards für Guild Wars 2, weil es dort im shop Probleme mit dem Bezahlen gibt(ist bekannt und es geht vielen so). So bin ich zu diesem shop gelangt. Sie haben auch eine Gem Card im Angebot. Diese soll stolze 168 € kosten. Die gleiche Card, bzw. die selbe Menge an (in diesem Fall) "Edelsteinen" kostet im GW2 shop 100 € !!! Da fehlen mir die Worte. Also doch lieber warten, bis das Bezahlen im GW2 shop wieder geht, oder bei MMOGA(nicht mit PayPal bezahlen!) Gold kaufen und dann umtauschen. Sorry, aber ein shop mit derartigen Preisen gehört wegen Wucher aus dem Verkehr gezogen !

De giver falske koder til xbox live. De er ikke til at hugge eller stikke i. Jeg har købt en kode 02-09-2019 til min xbox, den virker så ikke. Den skulle virke frem til 02-09-2020, men der står sjovt nok at mit abonnement udløb 02-09-2019. Men selvom jeg har sendt billeder og pile på mails osv, så det fjols i den anden ende mener bare jeg skal købe et nyt. Jeg vil råde folk til at holde jer langt fra dette fup firma. Det er et elendigt sted og de er fulde af løgn 🤬🤬🤬 Til dig Lisa. Det er da sjovt i kan få fat i dem når de har lukket om lørdagen og søndagen. Men ringer på mandag og snakker med dem Så drop det der. Jeg laver intet om herinde før jeg har snakket med dem. For er på ingen måde enig i din udtagelse

Jeg kjøpte Nintendo eShop gavekort på cheapest gamecards, og det viste seg at koden jeg fikk tilsendt var ubrukelig fordi den var i € og ikke i NOK. Det sto ingenting om dette på nettsiden, og jeg antok at de kunne brukes her i Norge da nettsiden også var norsk. De får imidlertid pluss for god kundeservice. Jeg venter nå spent på om pengene blir refundert.

Called EA/Origin and they told me that this organisation (like many other online 'legal' game sellers) will probably use your contact information, passwords and try to hack you, so be careful yall.

Ik ben erg ontevreden. Ik heb een game gekocht voor mijn Nintendo switch, de code werkte niet. Heb naar aanleiding hiervan de klantenservice een bericht gestuurd. Ik kon geen nieuwe code krijgen alleen mijn bestelling annuleren (vertelden ze pas na 4 dagen) en dan zou ik mijn geld terug krijgen -1 euro administratiekosten. Het is ondertussen 4 dagen later en heb mijn geld nog steeds niet... Ik heb het gevoel dat ik in een scam ben getrapt. Daarnaast was de klantenservice erg onduidelijk.

Really disappointed. Bought a code for Mario, paid, waited on the site for 20 minutes for code to load and nothing. Called UK number and no one answered. Eventually chatted and was told they were out of stock. This all cost me 40 minutes, a simple we are out of stock BEFORE taking my money is how it should be done. Now I wait 72 hours for my money (I do hope they're legit and I get money back)... Overall what should have been a simple process was a dissapointment. TIP. Tell us your out of stock before purchasing or at least when we go to retrieve the code so we don't just sit there waiting for the code that's never going to appear.

The confirmation link in my email just sent me to the buying page. And the page of my order did not include the download code. I had to contact the Live Chat, who sent me a link to my order page. Twice. It was still the order page WITHOUT the download code. They ended up having to send me the code through the chat. So at least it wasn't a scam, but still very VERY broken. Extremely frustrating.

I purchased a 3 month xbox card, delivered immediately but I was unable to redeem it. I tried various different methods before trying to contact support, which states, 'English Only', however, I was spoken to in Norwegian, German and some mish mash of Dutch and English. Nothing whatsoever could be described as a meaningful response, they insisted it was an issue with xbox servers (which can be checked online at the microsoft website and, surprise surprise, they were showing as working normally). I concluded that I was speaking with a very stupid bot that was pre programmed with a few responses (sorry, xbox issue, try in 24 hours, sorry for inconvenience, etc.' . Do not use this site.

Me dicen que el problema es de la empresa que gestiona el pago y la empresa que gestiona el pago que el problema es de la empresa vendedora, pero yo sigo sin el código ni el dinero. Actualización: Llegó hace poco, tardó casi 5 días debido al método de pago y que cogió el fin de semana de por medio. Para otra vez que tenga prisa lo pagaré con PayPal.

Ik heb mijn live gold weer voor een jaar verlengd via CGC en werkt uitstekend voor de laagste prijs. Geen vijf sterren omdat ik vond dat het te veel codes waren en er eentje niet goed leesbaar was waardoor ik deze wel zes keer opnieuw heb ingevoerd en steeds een foutmelding kreeg. Tot ik verder ging zoeken en ontdekte dat ze in mijn opgegeven mailadres wel goed leesbaar stonden. Dat was bij elkaar wat rommelig en vandaar vier sterren. Verder dik tevreden.

Gamecard besteld. Code gekregen die al in 2015 gebruikt was. Veel mailen. Alles in Engels. Code klopte volgens hun zeggen. Code bij Xbox laten controleren en klopte niet. Naam medewerker Xbox erbij doorgegeven, maar was niks aan de hand volgens hen. Uiteindelijk gedreigd met aangifte en toen ineens in het Nederlands terug gemaild gekregen met een juiste code. Laatste keer dat ik daar ooit iets bestel

I ordered rise of the tomb raider code for PC. instantly got an invalid code. went to the support and it took 3 days to actually respond, while they said each day: ''we will give you an answer within 24 hours'' which they ofcourse never did. Then I asked for a discount, since it is kind of unacceptable to keep your customer uninformed and all the effort had to come my my side. But then somehow the shop manager was going to refund me, so I could order again. And all of this just to make sure they don't have to give a discount, while there was a mistake on their side. so a warning to all of you: Never buy game codes here. they are invalid and they will try best to scam you. I don't understand how this scamming site can have a 9,26 score.

Let op: Microsoft 365 Home license van € 99 voor € 60,95 is hier opeens nog voor max. 1 pc., terwijl dat tot voor kort altijd voor max. 5 pc's was (en zoals elders, ook in de Microsoft Store, nog steeds het geval is). Dan is er geen verschil meer met Microsoft 365 Personal, dat je voor veel minder geld kunt krijgen. Misleidend. Update: uiteindelijk code voor 5 pc's gekocht. Bleek onbruikbaar: was voor Microsoft Office 2013 in het Japans bedoeld. Contact met Engelstalige klantenservice (telefonisch, chat) zeer moeizaam, steeds verbroken. Uiteindelijk betaald bedrag teruggestort. Absoluut geen aanrader, vaag bedrijf!

Por error compre un juego equivocado y en dos minutos les envíe varios email explicando el error y pidiendo el cambio por otro juego. Ellos me contestaban en ingles, a pesar que ponía en la pagina que la vía email era en español. Siempre me contestaban con el enlace que dirigía hacia el código del juego. Yo nunca entre a ese enlace, hasta que por la tarde, después de intercambiar unos 12 email con ellos, aunque ellos siempre me contestaban con el enlace del código. Finalmente ne el último email abrí el enlace, pensando que era para reembolso y vi el código. A partir de ahí ya no hubo vuelta atrás para una devolución que por ley me pertenecía. No comparé jamas en esta página ni la recomendaré. Si me he permitido perder 5 minutos de mi tiempo en escribir ésto es para que a nadie le ocurra lo mismo y confíe en estos estafadores. Un saludo. EDITO: El juego aún no había sido canjeado, mentirosos, vosotros me dijisteis que como ya había visto el código no me podías reembolsar el dinero, y me recomendasteis venderlo, cosa que hice al día siguiente dada vuestra falta de profesionalidad, y porque yo no quería meterme en tema abogados, ya que tenia derecho a 15 días para cambiar el código, pues si lo había visto, pero no canjeado. Os pido por favor que no mintáis, si escribo esto y pierdo mi tiempo en ello es porque me sentí estafado.

This is funny. I order a card and they sent the wrong one then refused to give me the correct one or a refund. Good old bait and switch. Pretty messed up. I'd advise people to use at their own risk here.... Now edited after this review went up. They fixed their mistake and refunded me. So in fairness of this they do keep the word on giving a refund. All in all they did keep their word which I can at least respect that.

Purchased Norton Premium Security and it would not work. This company is not in the US and the software would not work. Informed seller and they balked and said it was good... and go cry to Norton...not in the U.S. according to Norton. Notified PayPal and eventually the purchase was refunded. Nowhere on the website was this disclaimer...I spent 2 hours wasting time trying to remediate this with Both seller, Norton and PayPal! Never again!!!
